If you are a adult and want to play , do not do not !!! The ref lex has no clue ... I said nothing threatening, or made any movement, and he is saying that I did, so I got kicked out of the game, and the next one, everyone is scared of him because they don't want to get called for something stupid lole I did...I will not bow down to him so he calls anything and everything he can think of.... we have video of his bad calls so please don't was your time

Always enjoy Frontier Ice Arena. Great ice and nice locker rooms.

Just attended a group, Christmas skating event tonight. I'd been out of state the last twelve years and hadn't seen the new place until now. Wow! It's amazing. The lobby area is spacious and comfortable, whereas the rink is wonderfully large and well kept. We had such a fun evening with our group of about 100 skaters, ages ranging from 2 to 60+. And when the youngsters got too tired or too cold to skate, there were games and refreshments at the food counter waiting for them in the warm lobby. Well done, Frontier Ice Arena! Thanks for a great evening, and Merry Christmas!

This is a great ice rink for hockey, figure skating or just having a birthday party. The staff is really helpful and nice to work with. They have a warm area for people to watch from as well as bleachers next to the ice. There are men, women and family bathrooms available. Multiple locker rooms and a private room next to the lobby for parties. There is a small concessions stand for food and drink. Little seals are available for kids new to skating to use for balance.they also have helmets to use if you don't have your own. I wish they would use more of their open slots for stick n puck, or public skate sessions. Great fun for the whole family. There are learn to skate, and learn to play hockey lessons available. Get out and skate!

They offer Learn to Skate classes, Beginning hockey classes, and hockey leagues.
No, it closed when the pandemic stated. Opened briefly I believe near the end of October and I planned to go but then they closed again. From what I'm hearing, even without covid restrictions, public skate sessions are at the bottom of their priority list. As long as they keep packing in pee wee hockey they have no need to add public skate or stick-n-puck any more. Drove by on the highway last week week and the parking lot was packed. Yet they couldn't have a couple midweek/mid-day sessions? How about early morning? I would pay $10-12 to skate. How about reservations with a skater limit? When I used to go during the week there were maybe 20 people on a busy day. Too bad someone doesn't open another skate/hockey facility in the area. It's a shame that Sandpoint never built the ice rink they were proposing.
Freestyle sessions are open to US Figure skating members.
All different times depending on ice rink time slots. Usually 6am to 10-11pm but varies.
