Why do they have locked bathrooms which are dirty and no toilet paper???

That is just an excuse. This NOT THE ONLY AREA WHERE HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE. GET REAL and become a MCDONALD'S like you used to be

Because of the local homeless and druggie population. My son used to work here, and the restrooms get used pretty hard, and supplies taken hourly. The only way to keep it clean would be to post a bathroom attendant, and they're not willing to go that route, and cant put in cameras for privacy. It's a tough challenge.
