If you park in a paid lot, that's anywhere from $10-20. There are some parking areas that don't start charging until 5 and there's other areas that you can park for free. There's no charge to go onto the grounds. Carnival rides, food and vendor booths will be your only charge. Carnival ride bracelets are $35.
