I have never dealt with this company but i can tell you from someone that runs an office at a towing company that there are so many different variables that you need to take into account. Storage adds up, that space is valuable, if you leave your car in a lot for a month that can quickly add up to over a grand just in storage. Police in many areas set a rate that the company follows. Even if this country doesn't have set rates tow company that want to stay in business can't just charge whatever they want. Judging from the few trucks I've seen this company seems pretty legit
