Are there motorized carts for physically challenged or is there anyplace to sit down if a person needs to rest?

No

I have never seen a motorized one. Sometimes they have a push one but you might want to call ahead. There's no benches or seats I'm sorry to say

They do have a push wheelchair when it's not broken, call ahead to be sure it's available

No motorized shopping support and really no where to sit down.
