I don't believe I've seen dog events at the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festivsl before. But that is an amazing idea!

This is the event page for the festival for 2019. I've seen groups set up dog adoptions but I haven't seen (although I could of missed) sheep herding dog events. http://flockandfiberfestival.com/activities-demos/
