Good storage and great services. The late fees are a little high, but if you aren't late, you never have to pay them (there's a 10 day grace period), but I was broke that month. I would go back again in the future if I need some extra room or have something I would rather not store in my home.

I appreciate the freedom of the 24/7 hrs. available access to belongings and the added security which we have not experienced before. Thank You!

I'm conflicted in writing this review. The staff and facility were just fine. In fact, they were good. Access to the facility was also good. What was absolutely terrible was the way that the company kept raising the rates. Essentially, every six months we would receive a letter stating that the rates were going up. And, the annoying kicker in this letter was the statement always included, and I quote, "It has been quite some time since the last increase..." Since, when is an increase every six months, "quite some time". We were so happy when we were able to make room in our shed for what had been stored at the facility. So, for the above reason, they only get two stars.

We were with them for 5+ years. We were never an issue for them; we even let them do auto withdrawal monthly payments. In turn, they raised our rate all the time... once or twice a year. We used to have a storage unit in Corvallis that was larger, for less money... and they never raised our rate a single time in 3 years.
