Hi Leah, I hope you have found help for your parrot. Try contacting Yarmouth Veterinary Center. They are experienced with birds.

You might try pet smart or other stores that carry birds

Unfortunately I am not sure if they have any experience with birds. They are excellent with dogs and cats of every size breed and age. At the very least they should know someone experienced with birds and tell you where they are located. Sorry for any inconvenience
