Yes you can pay cash or credit card once you get there. I got there and paid for my membership in less than 10 minutes
Upon looking at the website you can pay via EFT or other forms of payment if made in full. I have seen members pay for various passes with cash, it just needs to be in full unless you have a scholarship of sorts.
