The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The ability to access the gym 24/7 is amazing. There is a wide variety of bodybuilding, powerlifting, and cardio equipment. Best gym in town.

Decent gym with great security, plenty of equipment to use, and free weight area is sufficient. I’ve never had to wait to workout. Bathrooms with showers are always clean and convenient. I would have loved it if they had steam sauna or hot tub to provide therapy to aching joints and bones. 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Depends on what affordable is. But not only is it anytime, also should be ANYWHERE. Literally. Great. Nation wide
I've had interactions with them that took a day or two, but usually they are good. I'd just email them again to be sure, no harm in letting them know you need assistance.
