I’ve been trying to make a payment for days. I went multiple times and the lady handling payments was “sick” for a whole week. When I call to speak with someone the call never goes through. They are just killing time. Now it’s to late to act upon my ticket and I have to pay it full price. This place is horrible and the staff are extremely lazy. Who closes for two whole hours in the middle of the damn day?

Inconvenience is what they aim to achieve and they do it perfectly. One window open, closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day.

Takes forever to pay and there is always one window open for payment even though there are multiple people in the office. I sent in a ticket asking for a court date (ran a red light, was too close to stop without everything in my car being thrown randomly and didn’t make the three second yellow light) but never got anything back from the court, they sent me a notice that they were going to suspend my license and I had to pay the full ticket plus a $50 fee. I called them to try and explain the situation and that i never received anything from them but the lady who answered was extremely rude from the beginning and blamed me for not checking my mail or having the wrong address. I told her that was impossible but she told me to pay up or I would lose my license and there was nothing that could be done. They should really teach their employees how to be nice and helpful to people because they obviously don’t know how to act in a respectful way and have no manners whatsoever.

Whenever I walk in with a knife or gun they always confiscate it before letting me in, [rant about the right to bear arms and whatnot]. Everyone seems to have this weird dress code there, and the whole place smells funny. These people keep flashing lights behind me when I'm driving and insist that I present myself at this establishment on certain dates. The latest incident was yesterday, I had a "mandatory" appearance to this facility, but it was closed! Bollocks.
