No they will not refund you ..but if you are nice and talk to the manager they might help you...but that is why you need to be certain of what frames you get in the first place...they have too make lenses that fit your frames...not all frames are the same...they only do a guarantee if your frames or lenses are damaged over a 12th period...that's why you need to be certain of what frames you like and fit best for your liking.
