There no food and drink allowed inside the splash pad. You could take your cooler and snacks inside you just have to eat them outside the pad. Plus the best shaved ice is served next to the pad at Central Ice Shack!!
You can eat everywhere in the park except for the actual splash pad which has a protective fence around it
Your not suppose to but alot of people do this anyway. But you could take it in with you if you dont want to go back to the car to grab it when you go to the picnic area for a bite to eat or if you dont want to leave it unattended out of sight. As long as you arent eating or drinking in the fenced in area i dont see a problem with it.
You may take them to the adjacent picnic area.
It says no food or drink in fenced area, but there are picnic tables right outside of the fence where you could have food and drink.
