If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. The owner is very rude and unpleasant. The rooms are extremely dirty and disgusting.

Price was fair for the area compared to the hotel across the street. The rooms are nothing special. But we only used it as a place to sleep and shower. The gentleman who manned the front desk could use some customer service training--he came off as very gruff and acted as if we were putting him out his way. We didn't have enough towels (we were a party of 4 provided with two towels) in our room and asked for a couple more and that seemed to be asking too much. The cleaning staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was thoroughly not maintained: there was a puddle on the bathroom floor from a leaky toilet; the freezer was overrun with frost.. almost unusable; the TV remote batteries were dead; the floor was filthy. It's a shame because we stayed here last year and it was fine.

Cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful. Front desk was rude. I originally booked my stay 3/28/22-4/3/22 but I had to check out on 4/1/22 due to the sudden passing of my father. I let the front desk know and the guy said nothing he could do and I'd be billed for entire stay. Explained the situation and was pretty much told too bad, it's policy.
