How is the colission department. My passenger door has a little dent so my insurance company gave me some names of a couple of places and Penske was one them? Can you please give me some good, bad or indifferent answers!!!
It is not the service that is bad, it is the time that one waits there but the service is very good.
DO NOT GO TO DOWNEY TOYOTA DEALER!!! STAY AWAY! RED ALERT! STAY AWAY!!! If you are trying to buy or bringing your car for service, you really have to think twice to bring your car here. The people here, they just want your money, they're not thinking to really help you.
The service seems excellent to me but to do a procedure to get a car always takes your time to any diler that you go, everything depends on how you have your papers in order is easier
