Sorry! Nothing officially gluten free at Waffle Stop. I had The Menace this afternoon. It consists of egg whites, spinach, onion, and feta with tomatoe slices and fruit on the side. Technically it's gluten free, but if you're a celiac I wouldn't take a chance here. I simply try to steer clear of gluten when possible and that worked for me.
So far their menu doesn't list anything gluten free but that might change when they open
