Every other Wednesday is cruising night and this Saturday the 24th of August they having a big party there blocking off the street. There is going to be lowriders vendors food and a big concert with a bunch of bands play music

As far as I know, they are there often. I went on a Saturday around 5:30 and saw a couple driving around but I've heard that Sunday afternoons are also a good day to go if you want to see them cruising up and down.
