You can sit in a wet zone which is like a first 12 rows from the dolphins, that's as close as you can go, if you want to do a personal encounter with them, you need to book separately for close animal encounters which I haven't done yet
Depends upon your water zone. If you sit in the 1 row on the left side chances are more to wet. You need towel or raincoat.
