Old Town Antique Faire is pet friendly! Dogs are welcome to walk around on a leash. There is usually a bowl with water just outside the door!
There's places there you can sit outside Texes Lily great food an some others a lot of shops I don't think the dogs can go in but nice walk first time I'd been there loved it
I would contact the company directly. It's probably a bad idea to bring a dog in since antiques are fragile.
