There isn't a fenced area and dogs are supposed to be on a leash except from 7am to 9am or something like that. Though some people don't follow the rules.

You can allow your dog to be off the leash from 7am to 9am. The area has fencing around exterior but there are open areas as well. Dogs love to come and socialize with other dogs. If you have a well behaved dog this is a good place to visit.
