Yes we just recently got our FFL and we are now carrying stripped lowers for AR15s and AR9s
Make sure you check out the laws before purchasing.
All the lowers are 80% lowers you will have to mill them yourself. As for handeling orders im unsure I used a local FFL dealer to get my anderson lower
