they have a parking lot but if thats full its easy to find parking outside the streets
They actually have valet parking now. I personally can find street parking in about five minutes, but if you aren't lucky with that sort of thing, either self park (and pay) for one of the lots if you don't want to valet. Valet has been free the last month on special, but not sure how long that will last. All it takes is a quick call to see the cost on valet if you don't want to pay it, do the above. The parking situation should definitely not keep you from trying Harney out.
No parking
Pretty minimal parking otherwise, Old Town has always been tough on street parking on a busy day, but there are a few free lots in just a few blocks range, and it's always nice to take a nice walk through old town by the Whaley House. Park just up Harney St. It is seriously not very far.
