Excellent customer service and they have the parts I need an very seldom do they not have them and when they don't they tell me who does, I'm sorry you had a bad experience but one should always take a key to a locksmith.
I'm not sure if they cut keys. Give them a call. I disagree with them being the worst dealer ever. I personally have had very good customer service from them.
