Some times it takes minutes, sometimes it takes weeks. If you have nothing on your record, meaning NOTHING at all, then it will be short and approved in minutes, if you have some issues on your record then it may take longer. What I am trying to say,is there really is no good answer.. each person is different. It all bounces against the Oregon State Police.
