Is this place really open? No one answers the phone. I clicked on buy tickets and you can't put in the date you need. I don't want to buy tickets and then not be able to use them on the only day we are there. Is the Wax museum even open?

Yes they are open! I was told to not worry about online, as nobody has been able to update the system. They said purchase tickets on site, prices will be the same as well as any discounts you may have seen online.

I was at ripley's in April. It was great. I was able to buy tickets online that worked for the day and time we went. Go early! It was packed by the time we completed our tour.

It is open, I was just there about a week and a half ago. I bought my tickets in person, and the wax museum is open! Most of the interactive displays are closed with the exception of a few. But I was able to do the Ripley's and wax museum!
