That is at Autograph Alley, which is before the game, but you must be a ticketed patron to get access to that. It is something that happens before every game.
The street is blocked off for ticket holders, it's part of the game festivities.
Well then I guess I miss out. I think it's kind of ridiculous. You make enough money off of merchandise. It should be open to the public regardles of whether or not your a ticket holder.
