Hey Joanne. It could be a setting in your phone, you may want to check it out. I've seen sometimes if two phones are paired to the same device this could happen. It could be a pairing issue with the vehicle or with your phone. I'd start with your phone settings and bring it to your carrier and have them take a look. If they think it's your vehicle we can definitely set something up.
