They seem pretty good to me. I use them more than Lowe's or home depot. Easy layout and very organized. The younger people that work are friendly and helpful. The store is open on Sundays also. Its just a good store all around.
They always have students working there during the summer months, of course they can't know everything, but they're always trying to get help or an answer if they "don't know" something! I still prefer to go to ACE and get help even if it may take a while, better than searching aimlessly through the isles at Lowes or Home Depot or get no help even after waiting for 1/2 he or more
Just had an issue with a fishing rod I ordered they followed up on it it took a while but they stood behind it and made it right I'll go back
Your RIGHT Quentin. I went there this morning 11/25/20 to exchange an AC Filter and was screamed at by an employee named Mike. He told me to go somewhere else!!! And did'nt even listen to what i wanted. I was very upset by his behavior. I felt bullied and unwelcome :(
Value shrink, dude. Blame the younger generations who know what they want and use search engines on their smartphones when they need questions answered. Businesses figured this out, so customer service is at a minimum. It's why Chili's and Applebees are going to be overtaken by places like Moe's and Chipotle: Quality over service. I wouldn't be surprised if cafeterias and automats make a comeback someday.
