As far as I'm aware, if your credit card has a cash back option and it is not a debit card, the only way to get cash off of the credit card is thru atm's that accept the card. You will find which atm it accepts is on the back of the card, it will have the symbols of the atms you can use. I believe the only way to get cash back at the register is to use a check or a debit card
