This store is awesome. Walked in with a question about my account and discovered I was still paying for a line I haven’t had in over a year. They helped me with that and helped me better understand my bill. Dylan especially was awesome and explained everything to me. Amazing staff.

I was not impressed at all with this store, and this is not the first time I feel like customer service wasn’t the greatest. I went to this at&t on my way back from Portland, stopped by to get a new phone, the lady said I can’t help you without an ID, I said understandable so I drove home which was a half our away, got my ID drove back, which was another half hour, to come back to her basically not looking impressed we were back, I said I’d like to get a new phone my screen won’t work on my current phone, she told me she had no phones available in store at all. I said well how long would it take if we went through the process she said if we ordered a phone today it could take a few weeks for us to receive a new one. Now I get it people want to go home and do there thing on a Saturday night, Then I asked her well I tried calling a bunch of times why won’t you guys pick up that would have been nice to know before I waisted my time and money. She said the phones are down. So I headed to Walmart and had great service from Jeremy I recommend him!

Never a bad experience. The entire staff is awesome. I dealt with Alex and even though the store was very busy, he made sure everyone knew what their wait would be and apologized. He was very thorough and got me a great discount. Will be recommending him to my peers!
