Sometimes items get priced higher than they ought be, considering its all 2nd hand and meant to help the less fortunate...but it does happen. I will say though that I think they are far more reasonable and fair than Goodwill ever has been. I have worked for them both and St. Vinnies has far greater interest in helping the community from what I've seen.
They can price their goods however they like.
They are greedy prices way to high. Especially on their clothing. I refuse to pay for clothing when I can get it brand new cheaper. So it's hit and miss at their stores.
Since their goods are donated, they can charge what they want.
Yes they can price an item higher. It would be prudent to remove or black out the other prices to avoid confusion.

Thanks Frank. Are they allowed to barter?ive had them say that that was an errer. I was getting something that said it was 1.99. When i took it to the counter she said it should read 11.99. Someone mismarked and they hadn't caught all the errors. If i wanted it, i had to pay the 11.99. So...
Certainly, if they feel their pricing system merits it.
Ask why the price is higher If the sticker shows that it's lower than they should give you that price that's on the lower sticker If it's incorrect you need to tell them they can't charge you more for something that's already been out there at selling for Less
