I've never asked for brown rice or seen anyone with brown rice rolls. The California rolls are the lower end of the sushi rolls family and it cost much less. It is a 8 pc roll @ $5.19 ea.
They customize a lot for customers. I would not be surprised if they would make rolls with brown rice. I'd call ahead and ask. Could also probably make a sushi tower with those same ingredients.
