Good Morning Irma Leon, YES a person can renew their CDL & AAA WHEN NOT requring a vision test. Is there a AAA in Long Beach? I'm unsure, but willing to bet if you phone AAA they will locate one in or near the area of request. If the person Needs a vision test, they bring in the test from a vision test location, ( I'm unaware of whom, where, or locations for these test locations) Hope this helps.
