Agree with Tyler Moskowite. If your child is less than 40 inches a parent can ride with them for free.
Drivers must be at least 44 inches tall to drive. Children under 44 inches tall but at least 40 inches tall can ride as a free passenger.
I m not sure if they are so small im sure a parant has to be on there as well
