Are there lights on after dark?? Are there outlets to plug lights in?

City rules are: No person shall remain in the park after dark Park hours are Dawn till Dusk. Only safety lights are on after dark. Only inside the tennis courts will remian open (when lights are on) till 10pm and only tennis is allowed (rules are posted).

Limited lights in park at dark. No outlets. Otherwise it would quickly become a homeless city
