I got a fish tank for my birthday and set it up no problem tell the other day when i got home water all over my floor and an empty tank and 2 dead fish i dont have the receipt for it but do have everything else cant i return it for a different one?

Yes they will definitely allow you to do a 1 for 1 exchange without a receipt. You only need the receipt to return something and get your cash back.

Yes. No cash without receipt but they will be happy to replace items.
