I agree woui th El Presidente. No one checks, but if don't feel good as bout leaving your car just follow the rule 4 hours and move it.
I don't think it is a big deal - we were there for a soccer tourney and had an early game then a late game so half a day. some cars didn't move the whole time...no one checks
