When I went I had to make an appointment by phone. You have to arrive at that time or wait outside. You wear a mask the entire time. They might ask you to remove the ear strap and hold your mask corner while they get your ears though. But basically the entire time
You have to make an appointment (online or call). And you do wear a mask when you get your haircut.
