No. However, it's always wise to purchase full coverage, because if an accident occurs, the buyer of the car is still responsible for not only the car being purchased, but the other car(s) and any harmed individuals. (I have full coverage.)
No they don't require you to have insurance but i do agree that you should have some on your vehicle.
No you dont but some crazy person could wipe out your front end as your pulling out. Just something to consider
