I went on Kelly Blue Book to find my car’s valuation and accepted that dealerships could reach out to me should they be interested in buying my car. Jill from Schrier was the first to reach out to me via text which was super convenient for me. We set up an appointment for me to bring my car up for them to check out. While there, Jill and Chuck were extremely approachable, patient and informative which was a nice surprise considering my previous visits with other dealerships in the past. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. I plugged my car in online to get an estimate for what it was worth and thought it was too good to be true. I brought my car in and in 10 minutes was able to sell it and complete the entire process. Most importantly, the online estimate was 100% true. They took off less than $200 to clean the car up. If you are selling your car, this is absolutely the place to go. Ask for Chuck Hill, he is very helpful and kind. Experience could not have been better!!!! I have already recommended a friend who is also selling their vehicle. This place rocks!

Great experience at Schrier. Kevin was great to work with. He stayed late on a couple of occasions to take care of me. He kept in touch with me and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Kevin for all of your hard work! Chuck was great as well. He kept me up to date on the process and made sure I was taken care of. JoEll was awesome too. She made the process quick and easy, and explained everything clearly.
