Ownership has only changed once, in the 30+ years, that I have lived in Spokane . Dr Hunter retired, last year.. 2019, after about 40 years.
Unknown. Since new ownership a lot has changed, including cost. They won't give an unfront price for anything except products. I decided to go with someone else. I got a copy of my pet's records and closed our case.
