We are pleased with Western Exterminators, our workman, Zach, is always professional & always listens to hear if we have any other problems with insects or rodent problems. We have carpenter ants and Zach keeps them under control, even coming back if the stubborn ants come back again. Good company, good service.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time giving me information on the bugs we found, what he was spraying and what I can do to help eliminate the problem.

TLDR: If you're on limited income, do NOT sign up for this service- They won't listen to you, then blame you for not following up, when you were fairly clear, and had verbal confirmation that it would be on a payment plan, as well as signing a payment plan contract in person. If you AREN'T a disabled person on limited income, by all means, you do you- pest control is exemplary. While the service was exemplary for pest control, the clerical side of things leaves something to be desired. As a limited income person, I specifically contacted this company and inquired about payment plans, clarified no less than 3 different times during initial contact and signed a contract (in person, when the exterminator came for the initial visit) for a payment plan. I, both verbally, and physically confirmed the payment plan, and which card was to be used for automatic payments. I found out just today, that this company dropped the ball not once, but twice. There were NO notations made in my file about a payment plan, and the 'contract' I signed, affirming the payment plan for continued service, wasn't filed. I'm now on the hook for more than I can afford. When venting my frustration to my family, who is also impacted by this negligence on the company's behalf, I was reminded that at least one person in my household heard me clarify about the payment plan SEVERAL times before ending the call. I was also talked over on top of an attempt to calm me down with a bogus "I understand"- No, you don't. You're not disabled, you're not on limited income and therefore can't possibly understand the level of stress this surprise $200 bill, that I was under the impression was being paid all along, can cause.

Bed bugs as nymphs, are usually white or tan in color. The full grown adults are a reddish-brown. When they have had a full blood meal, they appear bloated and red, just like mosquitoes and ticks often do after they have fed.
The fumigation process from Western Exterminator comes with quite a bit of prep on your part. This includes removing living plants, pets and securing food in sealed containers before the fumigation. Your family will also need to find someplace to stay for a couple of nights, too. Western Exterminator will show up and cover the house in a large tent. The tent ensures the fumigant stays within the house to deeply penetrate the wood to get to termites or other embedded insects. The tent also goes from the roof down to the ground and the ground will usually be moistened a bit to ensure are a more secure seal. Western's termite specialists will add fumigants to the house and then ensure the chemicals get deep in the wood and we then remove the fumigant so there's nothing left behind. Western Exterminator will do follow-up treatments to ensure termites or other insects are gone.
You may not think about birds as pests, but for businesses, birds can be a real problem. Bird control is using methods to prevent birds from nesting around a business. For example, bird spikes make it difficult for birds to nest on rooftops. There are electrical methods of bird prevention which deter, but do not harm, the birds looking for a place to nest. There are also bird nets which cover areas birds might want to build nests. Businesses can stop inventory loss due to bird activity as well as property damage from nest building and bird droppings.
