Well my cousin used to work there and she says because they use it almost once every 30 seconds and lots of use could break it. And of course that machine is almost 17 years old
They do occasionally break down. Not just at McDonald's but Burger King also. They told me that it is generally on extremely hot days when the Machinery gets overheated and it is being used constantly. LOL
I ve heard that yet i get ice cream cones all the time with ni delay
