When I have an issue like that I contact the company that I purchased through. Tell then what happened and they can investigate. If they are a company like Amazon or Wal-Mart they usually send a replacement order. Hope this helps.

Call or go to the UPS office with your tracking number. If someone else signed off for it - and it wasn't you - it is the responsibility of UPS to assure that it has been delivered to the right address and signed by the correct person.
