While the drivers who deliver our packages are GREAT, and I'm very thankful to them, the 2 stars relates to the ridiculous hours this place is open!!! This UPS office doesnt even operate on bankers hours! Pathetic!

When I have an issue like that I contact the company that I purchased through. Tell then what happened and they can investigate. If they are a company like Amazon or Wal-Mart they usually send a replacement order. Hope this helps.
