They have both. I was inside a few days ago. I don't know how many are allowed, and yes, you need to wear a mask.
Yes, they have curbside pickup and online ordering. Not sure how many people are allowed in at one time total, but my girlfriend and I went and didn't stand in line long before getting in. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes.
