Yes,they do deliver to OOB.
I beleive they do deliver to all of OOB now
In the past their delivery has been fairly limited. I would call and check. Also i would ask about how long the delivery will take. While it was long enough ago now to not hold it against them, i had a very late delivery (well over an hour) a year ago
