What happened to customer service skills? Manager tonight yelled at a customer "CLOSED"! Instead of saying "Sorry Sir, we closed at 8:00. Please come back during business hours, we appreciate your compliance".

I would definitely make a complaint with the company.

I understand wanting to leave by closing time, and maybe he's had difficult customers...but there's no need to be rude to others. All the staff was rushing to close up.
