I'd been using another company to clean my carpets (we have an older dog who tends to help herself to the carpets, if you know what I mean.) The carpets would come back clean, but the smell of fruity perfume overwhelmed us and the house, giving us headaches for weeks. Rite Way was a VERY different result! We start by rinsing on the floor with lots of cold clean water, then we roll the rug anp put it into our centrifuge. This machine spins out the initial rinse water then we proceed to rinse the rug in the centrifuge until the rinse water runs clear. Then we give it a final spin and dry the rug overnight. Hope this answers your question.
