I eat there often. Togo only ATM due to COVID. All workers I've seen have masks. They have handsanitizer in multiple places available. Easy to distance from people inside. Pens sanitized and cashier is behind plastic boundary. One of best practices I've observed and I visit allot of restaurants as a courier. Go there! It's yummy bar food, old school PDX vibe and a vegan gem.
Just like everywhere else. Standard safety.
